Client Fee and Pass-Through Fees
Customers are charged for Pass-Through fees and other service-related fees in the month they occur. These are additional to the base monthly client subscription fee.
Customers are required to maintain a deposit specifically for covering Pass-Through fees linked to each National Network Transaction. This deposit must be equivalent to 15% of the total base subscription fee.
If the deposit balance falls short of covering the Pass-Through fees, SettLiT is under no obligation to provide services to the customer until the necessary funds are deposited into the account to meet the required amount.
Please note data fees are only charged if the client has a data return.
Detailed Breakdown of Data Access Costs:
- Claims Network: Provides access to insurance claims data.
- Data fee ranges from $20-45
- Provider Network: Grants access to Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and state exchanges.
- Data fee ranges from $20-$45
- Pharmacy Network: Offers access to medication history through pharmacy benefit management plans.
- Data fee ranges from $20-$46.50
- Lab Network: Includes access to pathology and blood work from facilities like Quest Diagnostics.
- Data fee ranges from $35-$50.
IMPORTANT: You can have multiple providers respond within each network which is why there may be multiple data fees per network.
These fees ensure that customers have continuous and comprehensive access to necessary data across various health networks. It's important to keep your deposit funded appropriately to avoid any disruptions in service.
